SNT Biotech is a healthcare technology and diagnostics company focused on at-home screening solutions for health plans and provider organizations. We partner with health plans, FQHCs, and provider groups to close gaps in care in cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, diabetes, and kidney disease screening.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to own our health plan sales pipeline and ensure every opportunity moves forward. This is a revenue-driving role focused on pipeline management, prospect follow-up, and commercial operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing complex B2B healthcare sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management
- Own and maintain the full sales pipeline in Salesforce, including stage progression, reporting, and workflow automations
- Track all conference leads and coordinate timely follow-up outreach
- Ensure every active opportunity has a scheduled next step
- Monitor deal velocity, identify stalled opportunities, and proactively re-engage
- Deliver weekly pipeline reports with clear visibility into deal status
Prospect & Customer Communication
- Draft and send follow-up emails to health plan executives and medical directors on behalf of leadership
- Manage ongoing communication with prospects across long-cycle sales opportunities (3-6 months)
- Maintain professional, polished correspondence with all external stakeholders
- Ensure timely responses and follow-through across all active accounts
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and leadership to ensure timely proposal delivery and contract execution
- Maintain internal sales documentation, trackers, and process workflows
- Improve operational efficiency across the sales process
- Support cross-functional coordination as the company scales
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business development support
- Advanced Salesforce proficiency (dashboards, automations, custom reports, pipeline management)
- Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting executive-level correspondence
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, diagnostics, or health plan industry experience
- Familiarity with health plan sales cycles and payer/provider terminology
- Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
Compensation $70K-$80K base (full-time) | Part-time considered for the right candidate Quarterly performance bonus Reports directly to the CEO
